Our general terms and conditions of sale apply to all our surfing classes and courses.

Registration

All registrations with Xirimiri Surf Coaching will be made using the registration form. It must be duly
completed by the parents or legal guardian if the participant is a minor. If the participant is of legal
age, it is their responsibility to complete the form. Registration for our courses and/or stages implies

acceptance of these regulations.

Payment and payment conditions

Payments are made directly to the surf instructor by check payable to Xirimiri Surf Coaching or in

cash. The balance must be paid on the first day of the stage.

Cancellation by Xirimiri Surf Coaching

In the event of adverse weather conditions (lack of waves, rough seas, pollution, etc.), the client will

be notified by phone as soon as possible. No compensation will be provided.

Cancellation by the participant

Various reasons may prevent the participant from attending the scheduled session. It is mandatory to
inform us by email or phone of any cancellation or modification with at least 24 hours notice.

Liability of Xirimiri Surf Coaching

Participants will be supervised by Xirimiri Surf Coaching and under the responsibility of
professionally certified instructors at the beginning of and during their surfing course. They will again
be under the responsibility of their parents or guardians after the end of the relevant service.
The civil liability of Xirimiri Surf Coaching ceases outside of class hours, within the time limits
described above. Xirimiri Surf Coaching cannot be held responsible for any moral prejudice or
accidental or intentional damages caused to the participant by third parties during the activities. The

commitment is limited to the services provided.

Xirimiri Surf Coaching reserves the right to exclude, without compensation, any participant whose
behaviour contravenes safety standards and good conduct. Any act that endangers the physical or

moral integrity of one or more participants and/or the instructor,
jeopardising the health and life of other participants, their own life, and/or that of the instructor, will

be sanctioned.

Insurance

Xirimiri Surf Coaching certifies that it has taken out professional liability insurance covering the risks
associated with its activity. If the participant considers that the coverage provided by Xirimiri Surf
Coaching's insurance is not suitable, it is their responsibility to take out additional coverage.

Commitment of Xirimiri Surf Coaching

In the chosen package, Xirimiri Surf Coaching undertakes to provide services in line with the needs of
the participants (quality of reception, teaching, supervision, and safety). Similarly, the necessary
equipment (wetsuits, boards, etc.) will be provided to members during surfing lessons.

Commitment of participants

By registering for Xirimiri Surf Coaching courses, both adult surfers and minor surfers and their
parents accept the risks associated with surfing under normal conditions. The participant declares to
be in good health, able to swim 25 meters, and fit for surfing. The participant undertakes to respect the
internal regulations and safety instructions of Xirimiri Surf Coaching. They declare not to have any
medical or other contraindications to practicing the subscribed activity. In no event shall Xirimiri Surf
Coaching be held responsible for any physical or other consequences resulting from the absence of

contraindications disclosure.

Transport of participants

(In the event of using a vehicle as part of the services offered) Xirimiri Surf Coaching undertakes to
transport participants in compliance with applicable regulations: drivers holding the necessary license,
vehicle insurance coverage, compliance with the maximum number of passengers, clean and well-

maintained vehicle (mandatory inspections).

General Provisions: Right to image

By registering, you authorise Xirimiri Surf Coaching to use photos and/or films of your image taken
during your session for the production of any advertising materials, without financial compensation.
Otherwise, Xirimiri Surf Coaching must be informed at the beginning of the session.

We attach great importance to the protection of your personal
information. This privacy policy informs you how we collect, use, and protect your data when you
